Contract Work

After your refrigeration installation has been carried out to your satisfaction, we will offer you a maintenance contract for your equipment. This is not an off-the-peg maintenance offering but a service contract that is tailored to the sort of equipment you have just had installed. In short, our contract work is bespoke and designed to meet the budgets of all businesses, large and small.

Once you have agreed to our proposal, you will enjoy prioritised call-outs for your system which you can call upon 24/7 for the most urgent cases. As a contracted customer, we will even offer you the same level of service even if you didn’t purchase your refrigeration equipment from us. This means that should your refrigeration system develop a fault, we’ll aim to be with you fixing it within an hour of receiving the call.
