R Perkins attended our London office to fix a malfunctioning A/C unit. They were very responsive, diagnosed the unit fault quickly and replaced all the required parts.Would highly recommend.
Called R Perkins after our air conditioning units started becoming less efficient. We had a pretty bad setup which led to the units regularly overheating. We called R Perkins out, they arrived promptly and helped us sort out our air conditioning. Very efficient and not too expensive, very pleased, would highly recommend.

What a positive experience. Its very refreshing to know a reliable and professional refrigeration company actually based in London and not just advertising with a virtual office. The engineer arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the trade. All the work was completed on time and our work area where the refigeration unit is was left clean and tidy. Invoicing was made promptly after the work was completed satisfactorily and was invoiced as expected, with no hidden nasties as we have had from other companies in the past. A pleasure to do business with and we will be discussing a bigger maintenance/breakdown contract with this company. I would recommend them for reliability, professionalism and very reasonable pricing.
R Perkins were called out as our AC units were leaking water having previously been serviced by another company. Our units were leaking out over an existing electrical socket so our call out was a high priority. They were prompt and had an engineer with us later in the day, the unit was repaired and actually worked better than it had done previously.Very pleased, would highly recommend.
